What to include
A few details help us respond faster and more accurately:
- Which calculator you were using (gravel, mulch, deck board, etc.)
- The inputs you entered (dimensions, depth, material, waste)
- What you expected vs. what the calculator returned
- Your browser and device type, if it looks like a display issue
Before you email
Most common questions are answered on the calculator pages themselves. Every calculator includes a worked example, a FAQ section, and notes about units and typical waste factors.
